At OUTRANKME™, every piece is custom made with care and attention to detail. Since each order is created specifically for you, we want to be as transparent as possible about how production and shipping work.

Order Processing

All OUTRANKME items are made to order. Production begins after payment is confirmed and your order details are finalized.

Typical production times range from 6-18 business days, depending on customization complexity and current order volume. These timeframes are estimates, and we appreciate your patience while your custom piece is being crafted.

Once production begins, orders cannot be modified, canceled, or expedited.

Shipping Timeframes

After production is complete, your order will ship using the method selected at checkout.

Estimated delivery times shown at checkout or in confirmation emails are provided as a general guide and may vary due to carrier operations, weather, holidays, or other factors beyond our control.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, package weight, and selected shipping option. Shipping fees are non refundable once an order has shipped.

Domestic & International Shipping

We currently ship to United States ONLY.

For international orders, please note:

Customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer

Delivery times can vary due to customs processing

Any delays related to customs are outside of our control

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. Address errors can cause delays or delivery issues.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

Once your order is handed over to the carrier, delivery is managed by the shipping provider. If your package arrives damaged, please contact the carrier and reach out to us within 7 days of delivery with photos so we can assist where possible.

While we cannot guarantee outcomes for carrier related issues, we are always happy to help guide you through the process.

Order Tracking

Tracking information will be sent once your order ships. We recommend keeping an eye on your tracking updates and contacting the carrier directly for delivery related questions.
