OUTRANKME™ specializes in made to order, customized apparel designed specifically for each individual customer. Due to the personalized nature of our products, all orders are produced exclusively based on the selections submitted at checkout. Customers are encouraged to carefully review all details prior to placing an order.
Made to Order & Customization
Each OUTRANKME item is custom produced based on selected size, design elements, rank insignia, patch placement, and personalization choices. Once an order has entered production, it is considered final and is not eligible for return, exchange, or cancellation.
Craftsmanship & Order Integrity
We take reasonable measures to ensure each product meets our internal quality standards prior to shipment. In the uncommon event that an order does not align with the original specifications due to a verified production or fulfillment issue, OUTRANKME may, at its sole discretion, review the matter and determine an appropriate course of action.
Any remedy, if offered, will be limited to correcting the issue and may include repair, replacement, or store credit. Refunds are not guaranteed and are issued only when no other reasonable resolution is available.
Request Review Process
All review requests must:
- Be submitted within 7 days of delivery
- Include clear photographic documentation
- Clearly demonstrate that the issue resulted directly from a production or fulfillment error
Variations related to sizing preferences, wear and tear, minor cosmetic differences, or customer approved design selections do not qualify for review.
Customer Responsibility
By placing an order, the customer acknowledges responsibility for verifying all customization details prior to checkout. Once production begins, modifications, cancellations, or redesigns are not permitted.
Policy Application
OUTRANKME reserves the right to determine eligibility for any review request and to deny claims that fall outside the scope of this policy. This policy is designed to balance customer satisfaction with the integrity of custom craftsmanship.
